Sue's Amazing Mincemeat Pies

Have just returned from Surgery Xmas party which was huge fun - great Indian buffet followed by superb puddings made by staff. First time I've felt at all like Christmas!

These pies featured at Book Club and are always a highlight! We're going to be reading 'The Room', which doesn't sound too cheerful!
