Port Elizabeth and a little bit north!

thank you for the amazing hearts and stars for Arabian nights, wow!

We left Dubai at 2am and arrived in Port Elizabeth at 5pm, minus the time difference 17 hours in transit! We landed at JNB to be greeted with a very damaged suitcase, it was completely crushed and hanging onto the contents by a thread! We didn’t have much time to connect but luckily I remembered that JNB do a shrink wrap service so we had the bag shrink wrapped and hoped for the best (we now need to buy a new suitcase as the final flight has finished it!). Landing at PE all bags arrived including the damaged one. Our next challenge arriving at the car hire place greeted us with a different issue. The car we booked was nowhere to be found even with a booking number. 45 mins later, we had a solution and a size car that we wanted. An hour and a bit later we arrived at our destination for the next few days. Its tranquil and just what we need.

Flags are flying at half-mast….we are not moving too far tomorrow and I am certainly not getting up for breakfast….for once the alarm can wait!
