Just waiting for Prosecco....

The Bellini cocktail, a delicious mix of Prosecco and peach purée, was invented in the 1930's by Giuseppe Cipriani, founder of Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy. Its unique pink color reminded Cipriani of the color of the toga of a saint in a painting by 15th-century Venetian artist Giovanni Bellini, so he named the drink the "Bellini". Harry's Bar was, apparently, a favorite haunt of Ernest Hemingway, Sinclair Lewis and Orson Welles.

Girls night out tonight... party night at Dunblane Hydro. Great evening!
