Mexicans.

But what's in San Antonio is the best Mexican food Mexico has to offer (or so they say).

We went out tonight to celebrate Jill's first week of working in the USA as Dr Mullen.

It's been a pretty crazy week but we are getting there!

I noticed tonight how much Jill's driving has improved. No more gripping the steering wheel in terror, instead she is gliding along the road full of confidence yelling the odd obscenity at the newbies.

Anyway we went to a place called Chuy's (pronounced chewies) for some Mexican cuisine. It was a great night and the food was amazing! We got complimentary chips and dips on arrival. Jill ordered a combo thing and I ordered a burrito the size of my face with a margarita on the side. I can tell margaritas and I are going to be pals!

Earlier in the day I spent a couple of hours in the gym and after that feast tonight I may need another couple tomorrow aswell!
