Santa Lucia

A Swedish friend generously hosts a gathering every year to celebrate Santa Lucia, the Swedish festival of light that falls on 13th December. She bakes special saffron buns and we drink grogg - some people were there doing this at 8am! And we can watch a service on the TV is which a girl has to wear a crown of candles - must be daunting!
