Have a great Republic Day Malta

I have 3 flags, UK Union Flag, RAF Ensign and the national flag of Malta with the George Cross proudly added when awarded to the whole population of the Maltese islands for their courage and steadfastness during the siege of Malta in WW2.
Today is their Republic day. Malta was not only occupied by Britain, they have been occupied and liberated many times over the past few thousand years starting with the Pheonicians, Cartheginians, Romans, French and Arabs and more.
