Lion King

My apologies for my long absence. I am sorry to have missed your Blips, and will catch up with comments soon... Work has been demanding even more attention than usual recently... I am very sorry if you have commented and I have not replied... :(
Today was dominated by the dreadful news of the tragedy at the Clutha Bar. Sincere sympathy to all those affected by this disaster...
Today I made my way through to Edinburgh, met up with an old friend, had a lovely meal at the Cafe Royal then went to see the Lion King at the Playhouse... Superb!
This is the mask of Mufasa, which weighs 11 ounces. The mask sits above the actor's face so as not to obscure it... that way the audience sees the character as both animal and human. Clever tactic which really works!
