A person not a million miles from here drove blithely past a Police Camera Taxation van in a 30mph zone at slightly more than the legal limit. Very naughty and today she received 4 hours of retraining. I went to collect her anmd bring her home for a thrashing. It was recommended by the person in charge as a better deterrent than all this namby pamby stuff.
