The A Team

Not calling them that because I happen to be part of it, but these ladies really do some amazing stuff for the company and create the product (training courses) that contributes to a huge part of the Divisions' bottom line.

Our youngest - Louise - put this together. There is a competition in the office for the best and most originally decorated department and apart from pink tinsel wrapped around purple lights (thankfully the pink tree was lost in last years' move), this is what we have! They have caused a few chuckles from passers-by.

And just to make you chuckle a bit more, the HR Director asked me today if it would be a good idea to get people to send a picture of themselves from 1993. (We are celebrating 20 years of operating in Dubai this month). I suggested a picture of what they looked like when they joined the company, but some would be too recent so we went back to the idea of 1993. We then discovered some members of staff were er... 2 YEARS OLD in 1993!!! I wonder if we will come across any who weren't even born then. Yikes! Louise was 5. The second youngest - Emeline (aka Tinkerbelle with ballet shoes) was 11. I am the second oldest. In the team I hasten to add. :( Oh well.
