What a mess!

Had to take our neighbour to the Hospital early this morning, as her husband was taken in early this morning. Parking at the Hospital is a Horror, but I found a place in a private parking by this house. Good for a Blip , I thought, and then I saw that when the renovated or modernised the place they put in Plastic Windows! Barbarians!! How they got planning permission for that is a wonder, or maybe not , as Money eases many doors open here.
