Great Read

I am thankful that mum brought up me and my brother as readers.

And this book was brilliant. I have never read any of his books before and didn't realise that it was written in 1962 until half way through. It was also very interesting reading that it was supposed to be made into a screen play by Gene Kelly, but then the opportunity was lost.

This book has atmosphere and creates the pictures for you. It was brilliantly written and if you are a fantasy reader I would definitely recommend it.

My thankful December continues in the fact that I find so much joy and relaxation and so many crazy stories when I read a book, and I love it! And I hope everyone else loves reading as much as I do.
