Glint

Choir practice overran, so this was all I saw of the sun when I came out. Dash to the supermarket to pick up the shopping, then I pulled over at the airfield on the way home to catch the last of the light. I was surprised this came out as well as it did.

I hope all my blipmates in affected areas of the UK are OK after the storms of the last couple of days ... I see TickyTocky had a narrow escape! I feel so sorry for those people who lost their homes, but at least there has been minimal loss of life.

Finally, it's hard to believe that the world no longer has Nelson Mandela in it. A light has gone out. Among the many tributes, I liked Vuvu's quote: simple and wise words.
