Another Era

Quite a gloomy day today... warm, but cloudy with a steady mist falling.

I was rewarded for living in the moment today, twice!

I pulled over during an afternoon road trip to shoot a field of geese and instead found this rustic reminder of another era.

Later I passed a second-hand store and turned around to grant it a visit. Twenty-nine dollars later I had in my possession 5 sport-coats, and 3 shirts.

There have been many times in the past where I didn't allow myself the freedom to stray from the appointed path.

Today was well worth the deviation... both times!

A valuable lesson learned.
