Lunch

The Mantis was on our hedge devouring a wasp, by the time I got my camera and ran out again half the wasp had gone.

Had a headache yesterday so it was an early night, a painkiller and a 1/4 of a dormadina, slept well, woke up this morning, went to the gym, back home, shower change and out shopping with mum, only 3 days to go then the eagle departs.
