Wild and Windy

Today had something very different in store to the calm sunny weather of yesterday. The wind was wild, really picking up in the early morning and lasting right through the rush hour. According to the MET Office the gusts around here were up to 82mph. There are many trees down and homes without power indeed as I walked to work there were various bits of trees, roofs and smashed glass on the pavement. Then it started to snow - only a little in the city. I hope you are all safe and well and that tomorrow brings us some calmer weather!
