Yummy, Scrummy (Lucky ME!)

How's this then?? G picked me up from work at the end of the week and came home and whipped this up! We even tried to get my car registered while the chicken & potatoes were in the oven, but the queues for the technical test were so long - decided to try another day. I spent the time catching up with the ironing (90 minutes of it) instead. Very busy week ahead, so need to be thoroughly organised. In fact, the weekend is going to vanish with all the things that can only be done on days off. Not moaning; just saying. REALLY hoping tomorrow will see the decs put up.

Thank you so much for so many positive comments for yesterday's blip! Didn't expect that at all. If I wasn't in such a hurry (I was in a meeting after all), I would have concentrated a bit more on the DOF.

PS. That stuffing had a hint of lemon in it. It was AMAZING!
