Sprawling

Went back to The Address Hotel Dubai Marina at the end of the work day for a site inspection. This is the venue where the Office Winter Party is being held next Thursday and as I am the DJ with some other responsibilities, I went to get a feel for the place. A beautiful hotel, only 2 years old and they have a grand ballroom which I would have blipped had it not been for this view which I came upon when we checked out the open air "terrace" where smokers will be able to retreat to.

Not too high up in the building to get this shot but what great views. In the Centre is Dubai Marina Metro Station. You can just see a train going in. The tent like buildings on the right are part oft the Emirates Golf Club - home to the Dubai Desert Classic. The buildings in the distance are in Al Barsha (along SZR).
