Colourful sculpture

Every day I pass this little gardeny space next to my workplace. I 'think' it is called the Peace Garden but not 100% sure. I tried to find other pictures of it on the web with its name but failed. Anyway, today I finally took a photo of it. It is so colourful against a backdrop of old Victorian terraces. Pity it is so near a very busy road. It doesn't invite you to sit and contemplate.
