Spoonbills

Off we went for another bike ride this morning, on the road at 8.45. We met so many people along the wetland track who were all on for a yarn, along with me taking two pictures only of these spoonbills (who then were off like a flash) that we never got home until 11 am. Morning filled in no trouble. All good.

A cruisey day, did manage to do some vacuuming (not that you're interested in that).

These birds are cropped to a millimetre of their blip life, so please DON'T look large. I did like their reflections; the wetlands are extremely low, hence the rather unpleasant yukky water. We are all hanging out for rain - wetland birds included.
