Cake

It's a bit late, but tonight I got a Christmas cake in the oven. It's a recipe I haven't tried before (Jane Asher's Late Christmas cake) so I hope it's nice! It's not for me, I'm making for my dad - I've got one arriving on the 20th December that was a raffle prize donated by someone at work. Along with mince pies and a Christmas pudding - lucky me!
