Sunday roast

I know it's a bit old fashioned, and that there's only one of me, but I do like a roast on a Sunday evening.

Mind you, if my sister hadn't emailed me, I would've lost complete track of time and I wouldn't have been eating until about 8pm, so thanks, sis!
