Raise the barr with red cabbage

I prefer red to green cabbage in a salad. The good news is you get 6-8 times more anti-oxidants with this choice. It also has anti-inflammatory properties amongst it virtues.

Today's salad has prunes, apples, a little avocado and some sunflower sprouts in it. A hearty plateful ideal for early Winter.
