A suitcase of veggies

We went downtown today to have our suitcase fixed, which damaged during our travels in The Netherlands, only to find out that the repair shop is closed for the holiday weekend. That's one of the disadvantages of NYC: you can't go home again to drop it and then do the rest of the shopping (praise-in-retrospect for out Folkingestraat apartment!). Instead, we took it everywhere we had planned to go and put it to go use, especially at the farmer's market at Union Square!
