Red inspection.

The daughter arrived back in Dundee from Glasgow. Must admit to some relief.

A visit to the house was followed by shopping for her first, very own Christmas tree, lights and baubles.

You'd be surprised just how funny a singing santa hat can be. In the end we bought one - not because we really wanted it - but because we thought the cats would like it - of course. (NB They were TOTALLY unimpressed).

Anyway, this all followed on from a morning cleaning up leaves - with the usual audience in tow. Last years tree is now ready for the fire too. All that and a blip. I feel accomplished.

Should manage to shatter that illusion as soon as I get in to work tomorrow!
