Scars of life!

Yesterday evening there was an awful helicopter crash into the Clutha pub in Glasgow and it was exactly at the same time our train was pulling into Glasgow Central station which was only a very short distance from the crash site. If our train was a couple of minutes delayed we would have seen it happen or worse still..

It makes you realise how fragile life is. On my walk today I focused on the barks of trees showing the scars of their life.

It's a reminder to live life to the full and value every minute.
