Babysitting this evening, greeted on arrival with jumping hugs & paper gifts.

Having not slept very well last night it took a while to get up & going this morning. But worth it when I did!

Final women's ministry brunch of the year this morning, lovely! Good food, great chat and a couple of really helpful seminars.

As I was in town anyway i decided to have a nosy in a few shops. They were so busy that I didn't last long! Instead I took a detour through the Grassmarket and had a look at the Saturday market there on my way home.

Quiet couple of hours in the flat (ok, I napped!) and it was time to make my walk through some tree-lined streets to Morningside for babysitting.

Two hours of joy & giggles ensued. The kids are now safely tucked in their beds & I'm turning my attention to tying up Rainbows crafts & maybe some reading!

Makes a change to be sitting on a sofa!
