I shudder to think why a notice like this was deemed necessary in a quiet park in a small market town. Glyndŵr DC was extant between 1976 and 1996, so the sign will date from some point in that period.

Back in Wales for a short visit, I spent most of the day wandering around Ruthin, the next significant town down the road from Denbigh, looking for the usual stuff.
