Taste Sensation

This is Trout al forno from my new Jamie O cookbook. It was delicious and very easy to make! Just right for a chilly Friday evening, and a glass of dry white wine was a great accompaniment!
Butternut squash, onion, potato, herbs, olive oil, a little garlic, oats and breadcrumbs - and a large trout fillet!
Friday nights in can be very relaxing!
