Another Christmas blip!

Visited a friend in nearby town today and we visited the Tree Festival in the church. Over 40 trees decorated by local clubs etc.
The theme was 'Joy to the World' and there were many ingenious interpretations!
This one was decorated with flags either knitted or crocheted. Lots of entries submitted by local schools - some with very peculiar angels crafted by tiny hands - no doubt with tongues hanging out with concentration!
We then had a very pleasant lunch, which involved more talking than eating and I handed over my first Christmas card to save postage (Scrooge!)
