Fillet Mignon With A Horseradish Crust

The children made it home safely last night and we enjoyed family dinner with them. Tonight we went out by ourselve to the sort of restaurant they don't like, to make sure we had dinner alone! It turns out they had also made plans so they didn't have to stay home and eat with us :) We shared Lobster and Cheese Puffs to start, then had a Green Salad with Vinaigrette and then Tom had Lamb Chops and I had this wonerful looking (and tasting!) Fillet Mignon with a Horseradish Crust, served on mashed potatoes with green beans and carrots and a bit of a jus. I had a couple of glasses of american wine too, and got off without a migraine! All in all a great meal at the Brick Ridge in Mt Airy.
