Marmalade Skies

Picture yourself in a boat on a river
With tangerine trees and marmalade skies
Somebody calls you, you answer quite slowly
A girl with kaleidoscope eyes

Wrecked! Every inch of the kitchen has been painted - well almost, there's still the cupboards near the sink, and Scullery Green is looking good! Drawers and cupboards have been emptied - my God, what a load of rubbish, some of it quite disgusting! Himself found a very unpleasant stickiness of exploded castor oil capsules and freerange strepsils in the 'medicine drawer'. And then there was behind the fridge and under the dresser..... I shall draw a veil over that.

A quick zoom down to the sea and things were still happening. A tangerine glow and smoke from the gorse fires, plus little boat returning home.

Off for a pizza then onwards to the Hunger Games, hopefully I won't doze off.
