It is a rare occasion that this is not around my neck. It was given to me by someone very important to me for Christmas about 8 years ago, and has only been removed since for the string to be replaced, or during a recent MRI (they're oddly not keen on metallic items being worn in their machine ;-) ), and of course, for the purposes of this blip..
