Shipshape and Bristol Fashion...... Not

Whoever has bought this little canal boat, the erstwhile home I believe, of an artist which used to be a pretty find on the canal near Viewforth with it artistic planters of flowers standing on the tiny deck, is certainly no barge proud artist or even conscious of the impact this load of junk looks like beside the otherwise immaculate craft moored next to it.

I'm not sure if there are any regulations about keeping your canal boat trim and tidy, but if there are, then this owner should be heading for a rap over the knuckles.

HL and I walked further than we meant along the canal this morning in the damp and dismal weather and only realised that this was the best part of the day when it started to rain on the way home.
