GOTCHA.....

... amazing this fun (and frustrations) we have taking photos!

I have been trying to get a half decent shot of this common blackbird for ever it seems!
It is part of a family in our area, who have come and gone over the years using our trees in the back to "check the scene", and nest on a couple of occasions, before dropping in for a drink or a quick bath in our garden pond.

Believe it or not but today is the first time any of them have stopped still long enough to get a shot away.
