Rob

Rob finally gets a Blip - it may be a bit blurry, but it's at a German Christmas market drinking Glühwein, so that more than makes up for it. Rob and I went to the Frankfurt Christmas market in Birmingham together to celebrate our one year anniversary. We went out for dinner on our actual anniversary but ended up spending most of the night doing essays (and sneaking in a Disney film, of course). Life has changed a bit since Berlin.

So, I've been with this douchebag for a year now. We met in Berlin this time last year in a German beer hall of all places! It's been a pretty amazing year.We've travelled across Germany together, Prague, Switzerland, New York, Dublin, Shanghai, Beijing... and of course Cwmbran, London and Warwick. And all this time he's completely unbeaten for kindness, sweetness and sense of humour. He always makes me smile, and I feel so loved and supported when I'm with him - he has the patience of a saint. And he loves Disney films as much as I do, and he speaks German. So what better way to spend an anniversary than at a German Christmas market eating Bratwurst, Bratkartoffeln, Gebrannte Mandeln, German bread and drinking Glühwein? It may not be Berlin, but it's close enough.
