snow on the feeder

We've had dustings of snow off & on all day today--nothing too drastic--just enought to turn the grass white & to coat everything else with a light layer of the cold stuff! Thank goodness it stayed light, as there was a fearsome wind very early this morning, so visability would have been terrible had it been coming down harder. The birds must have known it was going to snow, as I just refilled the feeder not 2 days ago, & it's already empty! I guess it's their version of running to the store to stock up! :)
