It's hard to get depressed about the rain when it brings rainbow after rainbow.

Had great fun this afternoon doing a tai chi revision session with one of the beginners from the class I help out at on a Wednesday evening. Hopefully it helped her with the parts she wanted to improve on. It certainly helped me, I sometimes think I learn more from teaching than the students do. Having to explain a movement that I now make without thinking makes me look at the subtleties and helps me refine what I do and how I teach.

She brought cake as a thank you, unnecessary but very much appreciated and delicious. Might have to start my own class soon if I get paid in cake.
