Vibrator?
Well yes, but it's for my eyes honest.
I have a condition known as meibomian blepharitis which basically means that the glands which should secrete an oily fluid onto the eyes to lubricate them and stop tears from evaporating don't work properly. This leads to inflammation of the eye lids, watery eyes, sensitivity to sunlight (and therefore squinting) etc. I have a daily regimen that I am supposed to follow to keep it under control which involves warming the eye lids with a heat pad, massaging them with this little massager, applying a gel to the lids morning and night and putting drops in the eyes 8 times a day.
Needless to say I rarely remember to all (sometimes any) of this, which probably explains why I often look tired or unwell in photos. The eyes convey so much about us which is why we are always so taken by a portrait where the eyes are big bright and in focus.
Managed to pick up a puncture in one of the tyres on the car yesterday, so off to get it repaired this morning and then off to Aldi where they apparently sell the best Xmas pud and mince tarts and an award winning red wine. Time to start stocking up for the big day.
