Birthday Boy

I arranged a belated birthday surprise for Paul. Took him to London and secretly sent Bex tickets to get there too. Met outside Bank tube - he was go smacked to see her - then presented him with this Dr Who scarf! DLR to the Excel Centre and he and Bex have tickets for the 50th celebrations! They will be in their element.

I was going to go to an IOE education festival but it got cancelled. So I went to a Stemettes event for girls to learn about STEM but it wasn't great. And I got grief from a bloke linked to Cambridge UTC who said I was failing because I'm not oversubscribed yet. Bloody arse. Cos Lincoln is just like Cambridge...NOT! I got pretty pissed off with him and having told him about our context I walked off before I said or did something I regretted!!!

Now I'm off to the Apple Store to cheer myself up and then coffee time!
