Christmas illumination

Still almost 5 weeks until Christmas, but all the festive lighting has been set up this week. Munich's dozens of Christkindlmärkte (Christmas markets) are going to open on Monday, too, so the city is getting into a Christmassy mood meaning tourist getting more, bikers getting ruder and people in general getting unfriendlier.

The blip shows the Christmas lighting along Brienner Straße during rush hour. I'm not actually standing in the middle of the road, as it makes a right turn here. And yes, the car to the right is more or less running red traffic lights, altough it wasn't completely his fault as the road ahead is jammed. There is nobody, who is more incisting on his right to move, than a German pedestrian or biker having green traffic lights - they will literally jump on a car's front lid.
