New experience !

Attended my first metafit class tonight - interesting. So what is metafit I hear you asking.
Well it's a 30 minute workout combining body weight exercises with interval training. The result is an overall body blitz that will have you burning calories for up to 24 hours after your work out - so they say. It's basically circuit training with a twist, and I hate circuits! But it was the quickest half hour ever, class done, home, shower, tea and it's only 8 o'clock - result!!
