It's been a very difficult day, so many tears my face stings. The police brought my Dads bike and belongings to my mum. The bike has got hardly a mark on it, a few scuffs. His helmet, hat and glasses where totally saturated in blood. His glasses where missing a lens the other lens was scuffed on the outside covered in blood in the inside. Hardly a mark on anything else. I still have the questions in my head, did he lie at the side of the road in pain and total fear. I can only pray that with such a severe head injury it was quick and he wasn't aware of any of it.
