No Excuse Running
If I make myself run to work and back I've managed 5+ miles a day.
This would be day #1, so no long term promises but 25 miles a week, 100 miles a month sounds altogether okay to begin with.
The showers at school are a shocker though. Perfectly good showers but no ventilation so you have to change in 100% humidity, leaving wetter than you arrived!
The Mindfulness Course is over, finished with a mindful pint at the end of last night's session. I have met some fascinating people and discovered a lot which I hope to continue with. I'm convinced it's a good thing that only works with practice.
