Exercise Incentive

This is an apt message -- and part of the "how-to" instructions -- on the treadmills at our local YMCA.

On a day with incessant rain and low light, it was also the best I could do for a blip. At least the rain got me out of the house and into the gym!

(I'm finding this month's blip desert hard to cope with after October, in which I had several of my highest-rated blips -- Cheers! (730th blip), Connections, and one of my all-time favorites, Lull Before the Storm. This too shall pass, I'm sure, but I'm getting impatient!)
