High Noon?

Just how low can High Noon get? A wee bit more apparently as the winter solstice isn't until December 21.

Later into work today and took advantage of the winter sunshine for a Blip. Needless to say the sun had disappeared by the time I got into Edinburgh and I didn't get the opportunity to search for another image, so this will have to do.
