Looking back to Slains Lodge

Well, day 2 of our Collieston weekend dawned bright and sunny, and we took off down the coast towards the Sands of Forvie where you can clearly see the high flats in Aberdeen some 30 miles away. We had a lovely walk, then spent the rest of the day relaxing over a book, and a glass or two before retiring early, replete after another lovely meal, and the effects of the exercise and fresh air.
