The brave one

An osteospernum flower has bravely defied three frosts, rain and wind. In its pot, it stands alone. A little battered, perhaps, but still surviving!
I thought that today would be one for relaxing at home, as we had no plans to go anywhere, but it was busy! Off to see two of my grandchildren (and their parents!) tomorrow, so packing was in order this afternoon! Apparently I need to wrap up warm - yes, I am heading north to Cheshire.
