A Long Enjoyable Day.

I went to the Ideal Christmas Show today. It was at Earls Court. It's lovely when you first arrive as it's so Christmassy. Probably more Christmassy than Christmas. There are Christmas trees, Santa and his sleigh, Christmas songs and artificial snow belting out. It really did put you in the Christmas mood even if a tad early.

Lots of stalls to look around. Free tastings of food and drink....my favourite bit. There were choirs and singers belting out their songs. I loved the centre which was this ice rink. I would so loved to have had a go but would have needed one of the penguins to support me....I'm no nice skater, but it did look fun.

Bought the usual bottle of champagne. I love that part. A bit extravagant but enjoyed it. I bought some very smelly cheeses for Christmas. I stunk the train out with it on the way home. That's gone straight over to the fridge in the bar. Bought a few more bits and bobs and had a really good day.

Home now to see who's been kicked off strictly and X factor.....and then for my favourite I'm a Celebrity. I wonder who the screamer will be this year?

I've also got an airport run to do tonight to pick up Nick. Unfortunately his flight is delayed so I'll not be home till midnight and I've got to be up at 5.30 in the morning :(
