Pounding the streets

After a chilled out start to my day and some time in the gym I decided to get out and explore.

After a few hours walking (I had a rough idea of my end point) including a walk around a rather manic Souq Al-Haraj in Najma district I finally arrived at the same destination as last Friday night - Souq Waqif.

A spot of dinner at an Iraqi restaurant was just the ticket to refuel before having a wander in and around the various stalls. No purchases this time round, but I did spot a few potential decorations for this.
