A breath of fresh air

Busy day which turned out even busier than I expected with a pastoral visit to somebody in a very difficult situation after 2 afternoon meetings - all after getting up extra early to get Mrs RT to the station for a meeting in Edinburgh.
But on a beautiful sunny day I had to get out for a run by the ponds. Just 7 1/2 times 1 minute intervals.
Why the half? Had to walk past a couple of people with 2 big and semi-controlled dogs. 'He doesn't like runners.' As if it was my fault.
